The Youth Center is typically staffed Monday - Thursday from 5PM to 8PM. Please check the schedule posted in the Youth Center for details on climbing wall hours and special events and activities.
The Y also hosts numerous community events throughout the year. Check back often or watch our Facebook page to see all the fun things we have going on !
Do you need someone to look after your child while you work out? We're here for you! Child Watch is complimentary for those with children age six weeks through six years who are included on their Y Family Membership. Please contact the Welcome Center for more information.

*To register online, click on "Find Account" and follow the prompts. You MUST have an email on file with us in order for online registration to work. NOTE: for any class that is complimentary to those on a Family Membership, you MUST register via the Welcome Center in order to get your discount.More info

Through our Community Partners Program, the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA strives to turn no one away who lives or works in Shelby County due to their inability to pay. Approximately 2000 individuals each year receive full or partial assistance for memberships and programs participation. Assistance helps provide opportunities for such things as Teen Leadership programs, swimming lessons, child care and many other vital services and programs.
